How can I pay for my reservation?

Your payment will be made by credit card.

Cancellation and refund

You can cancel your booking at any time, even 24 hours before your departure.

We will not ask you for any reason or justification.

This service will be charged at 5 euros for cabin luggage (39 euros) and 10 euros for larger luggage (63 euros) and will be deducted from the refund that will be credited to the credit card used to make the reservation.

Change of luggage

I am doing the GR 20 in the South-North direction (Conca-Calenzana), does the luggage storage also work?

No problem, whatever direction you decide to walk the GR, we will take care of your luggage at the place of departure, we will keep it for you for the duration of your GR and we will take it to your arrival.

Your luggage can be a suitcase or a backpack, it doesn't matter, the only thing is that it is in one piece and that it doesn't exceed the maximum dimensions specified on the site. Please consult the tariffs which specify the price of the service according to the size of your luggage.

 

Weight

We do not apply a weight limit to your baggage.

Ok, that sounds simple, but is my luggage safe?

Yes, absolutely, our Partner Baggage Points have a secure area to store your luggage and we provide you with a security seal and a receipt as proof of deposit.

My plans have changed, can I add more luggage?

Of course, you can add as much luggage as you like, even the day before your departure.

Help! I'm late in relation to the arrival date indicated at the time of my reservation, can I still get my luggage?

Don't worry! Whatever the duration of your GR, your luggage will be waiting for you on arrival.

Can I drop off my luggage and have it picked up by someone else?

No. It is the owner who has to drop off and pick up his luggage. In case of force majeure, please send us an email to: info@cintotransport.com

We will do our best to find a solution for you.

I have lost my receipt for my luggage, what should I do?

In this case, send us an email to inform us of the loss of your receipt.

We will notify our partner who will return your baggage to you after checking your identity. Tip: we advise you to take a picture of your receipt with your smartphone when you drop off your baggage.
